Is there a VibeVoice integration for Notion?
No, and there is nothing to connect. The client types into the block your cursor is in, the way a keyboard does, so Notion never learns it exists — no workspace permission, no integration to approve, nothing in your connections list.
If you were looking for a marketplace integration with database access, this is not that. If you were looking to stop typing your meeting notes, it is.
Capture before you lose it
Speaking closes the gap between having a thought and writing it down: a fifty-word paragraph takes about 20 seconds to say and about 75 seconds to type, at the 150 and 40 words a minute those figures assume.
Anywhere a cursor can sit
Text blocks, toggles, callouts, table cells, page titles, the comment box. If a cursor can sit there, dictation can put text there.
Desktop app or browser tab
Both are just windows with a focused field. Works the same on Windows, macOS and Linux, where the Notion desktop app is a browser anyway.
How it works with Notion
No integration to authorise, so your workspace admin never enters into it.
Install the desktop client
A native binary for Windows, macOS or Linux, linked to your account once with a device code. It runs in the tray, and Notion is not modified.
Click into the Notion block you want to fill
A new bullet under today’s date, an empty page body, a cell in a database, a comment. Notion’s own slash commands and block types keep working exactly as before.
Hold your hotkey and talk
Text streams into the block, punctuated and sentence-cased. Press escape or click away when you are done — nothing is saved anywhere except in Notion.
The workflow this actually fixes
A structure that is half empty is a typing problem, not a design problem. Meeting notes get written as four bullet fragments that mean nothing a month later. Project pages carry a title and a status and no context. The retrospective never gets written at all.
Speaking changes the economics of that specific act. Two minutes of talking after a call produces a paragraph a colleague can read, at a cost you can pay while the call is still in your head.
If you are transcribing a recorded meeting rather than summarising one from memory, upload the file instead — batch transcription of recordings is part of the same account, and you paste the result in.
What it does not do
- There is no Notion integration. Nothing is connected to your workspace, so it cannot create pages, fill databases, read your content or run automations. It types where your cursor is.
- It does not produce Notion blocks. Nothing you say is read as a command, so blocks stay Notion’s own slash commands and markdown shortcuts — make the bullet, then dictate into it.
- It cannot join or record a meeting. For a recording you already have, upload it for batch transcription; for capturing a call live, this is the wrong category of tool.
- Mobile is not covered. The clients are desktop only; on a phone the WhatsApp bot is the available path and it returns text you paste in yourself.
- No offline mode. Audio is transcribed on our servers, not on your machine, so an offline daily note is one you type.
Common questions
Do I need to connect a Notion integration?+
No, and there is not one to connect. VibeVoice types into the focused text field on your own machine, so Notion sees ordinary keyboard input. No API token, no workspace permissions and no admin approval are involved.
Can it create pages or fill in a database automatically?+
No. It has no access to your Notion content at all. You navigate to the block or field yourself and dictate into it, exactly as you would type into it.
Does it work in the Notion desktop app and in a browser?+
Both, on Windows, macOS and Linux. The client does not distinguish between them — each is a window with a focused text field.
Will it format text as headings or bullets when I say so?+
No. There is no spoken command vocabulary, so formatting stays Notion’s slash commands and markdown shortcuts — faster to type than to speak anyway. What arrives without being asked for is punctuation, capitalisation and sentence breaks.
Can I transcribe a recorded meeting into Notion?+
Not by dictating it — but you can upload the recording for batch transcription in the web app and paste the transcript in. That is included in the same subscription as live dictation.
