The three plans
All prices are final. No VAT is charged (small-business scheme, § 19 German VAT Act). Support is one address for every plan, paid or free.
What the price does not include
- Minutes do not carry over. The allowance is counted per calendar month and starts again at the beginning of the next one, whether you used it or not.
- There is no annual plan and no discount for paying ahead. Every plan is month to month.
- There is no per-seat or team billing yet. Each account is one account, and there is no shared pool of minutes.
- There is no pay-as-you-go tier above Ultra. If the allowance is not enough, tell us — that is a conversation, not a checkout page.
Common questions
What happens when I run out of minutes?+
The next job is refused, with the figures in the message — how long the file was, how much of the allowance is used, what the limit is. Nothing is charged on top and nothing is transcribed silently at a lower quality. You wait for the month to turn or move up a plan.
How do I cancel?+
In your account, through the billing portal, which stops the renewal at the end of the period you have paid for. There is also a cancellation form that needs no login at all — you can end a subscription without signing in, which German law requires and which we would rather make easy than hide.
Why is there no VAT on the price?+
No VAT is charged (small-business scheme, § 19 German VAT Act). The figure on the card is the whole of what you pay; there is no line added at checkout.
Can I change plan mid-month?+
Yes, through the same billing portal. Stripe handles the proration, so moving up part-way through a month charges the difference rather than a fresh month.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?+
Not as a separate trial: the free tier is the trial, and it does not expire. 30 minutes a month, no card, for as long as you want it.
What counts as a minute?+
Audio you send, measured by its length. A one-minute dictation costs a minute whether the transcript is one sentence or twenty, and an uploaded recording costs its own duration.
