Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special Note on Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services (such as VibeVoice subscriptions) not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon performance of the contract (Sec. 356 (5) BGB).

Practical Notes

  • Even if you consented to immediate performance during checkout and thereby waived your right of withdrawal for that purchase, this instructions document and model form remain available on our website for legal requirements.
  • The automatic renewal of an existing subscription does not constitute a new contract and does not grant a new right of withdrawal. You can cancel active subscriptions at any time — either in your account settings or, without logging in, via our cancellation page at https://vibevoice.net/cancel — with effect from the end of the current billing period.
