Some things are faster without us

  • Cancelling a subscription. You do not need an account or a reason: the cancellation page does it, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
  • Your data. Access, correction, deletion and export are handled at [email protected], and the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long. Deleting your account removes it all at once, and needs nobody’s help.
  • Business terms. The data processing agreement is published in full, in German and English, and can be signed on request.
  • Something is broken. Write, and say what you were doing and what happened instead. The desktop client has a Report Issue item in its tray menu that packages its logs for you.
